For delivery addresses outside the EU, EU VAT is not charged in the product price shown for your market. Import duties, local taxes, customs clearance charges and DHL/customs handling fees are not included unless checkout explicitly says duties are included.
These charges are set by the destination country and may be collected by DHL or local customs before delivery. The customer is responsible for paying them. We cannot control or refund these charges, and customs clearance can delay delivery.
For US deliveries, import duties/taxes can apply regardless of order value.
